Feeling good is the fountain of youth. It’s where all your best ideas come from. It’s the momentum that creates magnetism, it’s gasoline for your confidence, and quite frankly, I believe it’s the secret to living a fabulous life.

Sounds good, right? But… Where do you begin?

Great question.

I use the HOTTIE Framework!

The HOTTIE Framework is my personal high vibe life system.

Each letter stands for a core area to focus on. When all six of these areas are humming, I can guarantee you feel like the baddest bitch in the world!

But if you’re feeling off or uninspired, go through these six areas of your life and give them a little audit. If one (or more) of them is suffering, fluff it up!

Below you’ll find some ideas to help you figure out exactly what to do to get back on track, including classes, videos, tapping and more.

🔥 H = Hotness & Confidence

You simply cannot feel like the best version of yourself if your hotness and confidence are suffering… Because embracing these parts of you gives you the ability to really participate in life and feel great about it!

You’re hot and confident when you dress the way you want to. You’re hot and confident when you can look in the mirror and truly like what you see. You’re hot and confident when you choose partners from a place of wholeness, rather than scarcity!

🌈 O = Outlook and Future Self

This is your mindset, your vision, who you see yourself becoming. This area demands that you ask yourself, “Do today’s choices honor where I’m going… Or just where I’ve been?”

Your outlook is hot when you have a clear picture of where you want to go next. Your outlook is hot when you’re making choices that move you closer to your future vision… Not further away. Your outlook is hot when you feel lit up and excited about what your life is becoming!

💞 T = Togetherness

If your life is feeling flat and dry, ask yourself, “Have I been spending time with people who love me? Or have I been isolating myself?” 👀

You’re tuned in when you make time for silence. No podcasts, no Love Island, no endless phone-calls or doom-scrolling. You’re tuned in when your intuition is speaking loud and clear. You’re tuned in when you feel like you know why you’re here, and what your next move is!

🎨 I = Interests

Have you ever looked around and realized that you have completely stopped pursuing your interests?! It feels terrible! But it’s easy for it to happen. When you’re in survival mode, your life is in flux, or even if you just got into a new relationship, it’s very normal for our interests to completely go by the wayside.

But… Those weird little things you love? They’re essential to feeling good. If your life feels dull, chances are this tank is empty!

Your interests are taking priority when you make time for that dance class; when you decide to paint instead of watching TV; when you join that club or read that book or spend hours researching an obscure reference. Your interests are taking priority when you do what you want to do rather than going along with everyone else’s preferences. Your interests are taking priority when you rediscover something from your childhood that you love just as much today.

💗 E = Emotional Health

You know this one matters… And as someone who has been tapping for almost 20 years, I swear that my ability to navigate life calmly is an absolute game-changer.

You’re emotionally regulated when you know that a hard moment won’t kill you. You’re emotionally regulated when you have the skills to process, alchemize, and communicate your emotions calmly. You’re emotionally regulated when you don’t fly off the deep end as soon as a little pressure develops!

It’s normal for one of these areas to go AWOL from time to time. But personally, using HOTTIE as a check-in helps me see what might be missing in my life.

When you make a daily effort to ensure that these areas are in sync, you’ll feel powerful and calm at the same time. You take bigger risks, attract more miracles, and become truly magnetic!
